Two cold fronts are on the way with one set for late Monday night and another late Friday. These fronts will carry dry air, bring cooler mornings and offer a slight chance of rain for the San Antonio area.
Monday (High 73 and Low 44) Temperatures will be chilly in the morning with dry air still in place then quickly warming in the 70s by the afternoon. A cold front will move in around midnight with breezy conditions and cold air to hang around for the next couple of days.
Tuesday (High 65 and Low 40) Morning temperatures will be in the 40s and with the highs only staying in the mid-60s. Overall, it will be a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine and light winds.
Wednesday (High 62 and Low 45) Gulf moisture will start to move back for the second half of the day dragging in some cloud coverage for partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will about the same as Tuesday but with more humidity.
Thursday (High 73 and Low 57) A cloudy day with a 20 percent chance of rain in the morning due to a southerly flow continuing to pump in Gulf moisture throughout the day.
Friday (High 74 and Low 55) Another day like Thursday with temperatures staying in the mid-70s as well as a 30 percent chance of rain. Clouds will also hang around until the next cold front moves in around midnight. This front will be pushing out the gulf moisture and bring dry air back in for the weekend. This will cool down our temperatures by about 10 degrees.
Saturday (High 60 and Low 45) High pressure returns meaning cool and dry conditions for San Antonio waking up to some chilly mornings once again in the mid-40s. Saturday will be another beautiful day with plenty of sunshine, though high temperatures will only stay around 60 degrees.
Sunday (High 64 and Low 50) Temperatures will be about 5 degrees warmer than Saturday with lots of sunshine.
