ANNA (WSIL) -- A local bagel cart took advantage of long lines at marijuana dispensaries Wednesday.
Winston's Bagels traveled to Anna and set up at Thrive.
Hundreds of people were waiting in line to purchase legal marijuana, some waiting up to 6 hours.
Winston's B-Rad says the beautiful weather and expected long lines prompted him and his partner to set up at the dispensary.
B-Rad says he is excited to see legal marijuana in Illinois become a reality.
